Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Print it out and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
